Hi, I’m Robert E Cook

If you have arrived on this site looking for information on business, I am happy to report that I have retired.

My work now is to manage my own interests, and write about the things that are important.

Allow me a moment.

This is about me. I want you to know who I am.

I am a blue collar guy. With the exception of a couple of years, I have always worked hard, and did it with like minded men. Usually, nearly always men. Women were welcome, but few had interest.

The hard working, blue collar people I know, are what God calls, the salt of the earth. Honest, caring, genuine, with little interest in being anything else. 

I can have conversations with nearly anyone. I know that those who work with their hands have been easier to get along with than those who wore ties, and drove fancy cars.

For more than 30 years I had been learning the art of growing a business.  It has been a good life with plenty of excitement. Some great memories, others, well, not so much.

What many don’t know, is that a lifetime ago, before I was in business, I was in law enforcement. I was a cop. A detective. When you read my novels, that may become obvious.

It is my plan to write more novels. Stories that will intertain while causing you to think about things you may not have considered. Fiction is a wonderful medium. When we create stories, there are few rules.

I am determined, in the days I have left, to write about what’s most important.

Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness

My novels are, with one exception, in what is called the Spiritual Warfare genre. Novels that involve the fight between good and evil. The purpose, beyond entertainment, is to express the truth of God. Evil exists in the world. But Christ has overcome the world.

I want my time to have value. There is nothing more valuable than a human life. Any life, all life. I wish none to perish, but all to come to know the glory of God.

It is my hope that readers who do not know God, will come to know Him when they read my books. I pray they will seek Him, accept Him and have a relationship with Him.

Why? You ask. Because when we die, our souls live on. The human spirit is eternal. It never dies. There is life after death.

There is a real place called Heaven. It is where God fills life with His very presence. The other option is a place where there is no light. Only darkness. A darkness surrounded by evil.

Where do you want to be for all eternity?

I can not imagine missing it. No matter the reason, spending eternity without God is the most tragic thing of all

God is real and wants a relationship with all of us. That relationship is found in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

I try to make that point in my stories. The stories are entertaining. They are worth the time just for that purpose. There is however a bigger message. One that readers come to understand without the sense of preaching.

Jesus is real. I read once that in eternity, you will never find a soul to whom Jesus said no. Ask for His forgiveness, and He will show mercy. Always.
