Darkness has spread across the land. Evil has a grip on the nation and her people. The evilest of sins have been allowed to fester for a generation. The best hope for the Church and all people is revival.
A new Great Awakening is needed to push back the darkness of abortion, pornography, sex trafficking, and the filth coming from the entertainment industry.
Let there be light.
One needs only to see the destructive power of the Equality Act moving through congress to understand what evil wants to do.
The church of Jesus is under assault like never before. The pending legislation, while cited as an antidiscrimination bill is actually a move to subvert the rights of Christians.
The act allows a more favored status of those in the LGBT community. The rights of Christians are erased.
Churches wishing not to hire a person with views contrary to the church will find themselves confronted with severe penalties should the applicant be rejected on religious grounds.
That means a gay, transgender, or other newly protected lifestyle can not be denied any service or position because of their lifestyle choices.
Christian businesses will have no recourse if asked to do business contrary to their faith.
Parents may lose parental rights regarding children and transgender assignments. In short, a child, without the consent of their parent, may undergo hormone therapies to alter their sex. Parents have no right to object. They may not even be notified of the treatments.
Religious Freedoms Evaporate
The Equality Act places religious freedom below the rights of the LGBT lobby. There will be no place for speech that speaks against those protected by the Equality act. It will be considered hate speech with the possibility of criminal penalties.
Churches wishing to call sin, sin, will be silenced.
Most are aware that males, who consider themselves female, will have unlimited access to women’s restrooms. In sports, transgenders will compete in the sex they assign themselves. It will include access to locker rooms and shower facilities.
Prayer: The best weapon Christian’s have
The sins of the people, including 600 thousand abortions each year, have caused a judgment to fall upon the land. For many Christians, abortion has remained an issue for which they express disapproval, but consider it a settled issue. The courts have spoken. It’s the law of the land.
The highest court, the court of Heaven does not agree. The word of God is clear as to the sanctity of life.
Christians must be in prayer. There is a wide swath of believers who have bought into the idea that God will deal with this. Yes, he will, but only when the people humble themselves, pray, seek His face, and turn away from sin.
The judgments of God are not to be taken lightly. When God withdraws His providence, the powers of darkness have their way. Satan and his minions wreak havoc on the land and its people.
The darkness of evil is everywhere.
Your hand-to-hand combat is not with human beings, but with the highest principalities and authorities operating in rebellion under the heavenly realms. For they are a powerful class of demon-gods and evil spirits that hold this dark world in bondage. Ephesians 6:12 (The Passion)
The church has been blinded from seeing the wages of sin. The pulpits have failed to call evil, evil, while the world declares evil good and good evil. We are witnessing Progressive Christianity.
What was once universally known as sin is now acceptable behavior. Pastors are denouncing Christians who oppose sins like abortion as ‘aliens in our midst. ‘
Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! ( Isaiah 5:20 NJKV)
The nation as we know it is on the verge of collapse. It can only be rescued by the hand of God. That will only come with revival.
The mission of the church is to pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. A revival that sees salvation, redemption, deliverance, and healing.
A move of the spirit that pulls down the strongholds of wickedness, exposes the corruption of government, pulls back the veil of deceit in the media and big tech, reveals the evil purposes of Wall Street, and shines the light on churches that have lost their first love.

Oh God, our Father, we thank you that we live in the greatest nation the world has ever known. We give you praise that it by your providence the country exists,
Lord, we are seeing a great evil descending over our land. We see how the power of darkness has taken hold of the government, our schools, the media, and all that was once good.
We pray that by Your hand a mighty wind of revival will blow across the land. That Your light will shine into every crack and crevice to expose the powers of darkness. That You Lord will cast out evil wherever it is found.
We pray Father God, that the power of the Holy Spirit will be poured out on all flesh. That by Your Spirit the people will see Your Glory, hear Your call and turn to You. We pray for the salvation of all people. That they will receive Your gift of eternal life.
We pray that the captives are set free of every type of evil that has blinded them to who You are. That the power of the Holy Spirit delivers the lost, redeems the afflicted, and heals the sick.
We pray Father, that with the outpouring of Your Spirit, the spirits of darkness will be crushed and cast out. That the power of sin and the devil will be destroyed. That You Lord are glorified in all the works of Your Spirit.
Come quickly, Lord. The church of Jesus needs you now more than ever. Work in our hearts that we stand as watchmen to intercede for the nation.
Let revival come. Let the sails be filled with the winds of revival as they set sail into the sea of humanity.
Open the eyes of our hearts Lord. Allow us to see the great evil we have allowed to continue. Ignite a fire in the churches that have lost their first love. Let us seek first the Kingdom of God and Your righteousness.
Deliver us, Lord. We confess the great sins of our nation. We repent Oh Lord for our complacency in allowing evil to wash across America. Forgive us Lord and heal our land.
Holy Spirit, You are welcome in this land. Fill us with Your presence and deliver us from evil. In the Precious name of Jesus, we pray.
